Withdrawals
Tumble Times’ programs are continuous from September to June.

Therefore, each student enrolled remains on the roster until a 30 day written notice is received. Withdrawal forms are available in the office. This 30 day written notice helps to ensure proper instructor to student ratio and it allows appropriate time to schedule coaches. The 30 day writ-ten notice also gives other students the opportunity to register for a class. When notice is not received the spot is mistakenly taken and is not made available to another child. A student is welcome to return to Tumble Time and join a class if there is a vacancy.

  • A 30 Day Written Notice is required for withdrawal from all programs.
  • Students are automatically enrolled and will be billed without written notice.

Make Ups
Make –Up coupons will be given for classes canceled by Tumble Time, or if a holiday falls on your child’s regular class day. You may also make up a class if your child is ill or you have a scheduling conflict. This excludes school vacation weeks. You must notify the office when you plan to make up the class. This helps to ensure proper student to instructor ratio, safety, and avoids overcrowding.
