{"id":1735,"date":"2023-02-01T19:33:25","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T19:33:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tumbletime-gym.com\/?page_id=1735"},"modified":"2023-02-01T19:33:26","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T19:33:26","slug":"general-policies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/tumbletime-gym.com\/?page_id=1735","title":{"rendered":"General Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We have all USAG competitive levels Xcel and DP&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration to the league is Due 10\/1\/22&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register we need: Gymnastics Name, Level, DOB and T-shirt Size&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be having new pricing for registration which is $50.00 per athlete.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hosting Meets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum of 72 athletes per session&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Meet Fee Pricing: $50.00 per athlete payable to the host gym.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once an athlete is registered there are no refunds.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement athletes are accepted at the discretion of the meet director.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries will not be accepted into a meet without payment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please do not ask to hold spots.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We go by the first come\/ first serve basis.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All entries should be sent 2 weeks prior to the meet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the meet is full- It is the responsibility of the meet director to notify the coach and\/or gym.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Results from the meets should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:tumbletimeteam@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tumbletimeteam@gmail.com<\/a> within 7 days of competition competition.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only GYFW registered athletes are allowed to compete in a GYFW competition.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletes must compete at the same level for ALL 4 EVENTS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All GYFW Meets are warmup- complete format.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spectator fees are set at $3.00 for Children and $5.00 for Adults.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Grand Finale will be $5.00 Children and $7.00 for Adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Pricing for Judges:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously $80 per session but we will be changing that to $100 per session.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judges who are ranked $33 per hour OR $100 per session (minimum)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Please only accept gymnasts into your meet at the level that you can accommodate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send all meet results to <a href=\"mailto:Tumbletimeteam@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tumbletimeteam@gmail.com<\/a> within 7 days of the finished competition.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All Star Division<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Anyone who scores a 36.00 in any GYFW meet should be entered as an All Star.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We Suggest that there be an All Star Division this year at every meet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top 3 on all events &amp; everyone is placed for All Around&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meet Etiquette&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>As always, meet etiquette should always be adhered to.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a judges inquiry form to be used if you have specific questions concerning an athlete&#8217;s performance.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional Rules&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The league will follow all USAG Xcel and Developmental rules and regulations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that you have an injured athlete who cannot compete at the level they have been entered into the league, please send Ellen a note regarding the injury and request a change of level for the athlete.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanctioned athletes can compete in this League at the same level as they would in a USAG meet UNTIL they score a 36.0 or above at a USAG Meet. Then they must move to a more advanced level in the GYFW League.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Age Divisions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4-5 Years Old&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6-8 Years Old&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9-11 Years Old&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12-14 Years Old&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15+ Years Old&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Star&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awards&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All gymnasts attending a local meet will receive achievement ribbons. Goody Bags are recommended but not required.
